Before paying for ChatGPT, Grok, Claude or Gemini, identify the billing channel, share only the minimum required account data and verify the entitlement on the official product page.

The three rules

  1. Identify the purchasing account and billing channel before paying. Web, App Store, Google Play and third-party orders are managed separately.
  2. Share only the minimum information required for the confirmed flow. Never share passwords, verification codes or recovery codes.
  3. Verify the plan on the official product page. A bank authorization, receipt and active entitlement are different states.

If the entitlement is missing

  1. Stop and do not pay again.
  2. Save the order ID, exact time, billing channel and transaction status.
  3. Confirm the original purchasing account and sign-in method.
  4. Check the subscription in the original billing channel.
  5. Reopen or update the official app, then sign in to the correct account.
  6. Contact the billing provider for incomplete charges, the product provider for missing entitlements, or ChongGrok for a ChongGrok order.

Evidence to keep

Do not post complete session credentials, User IDs, email addresses, order numbers, card details or verification codes in public forums or screenshots.
